Victoria is Group Land and Planning Director and member of the Barratt Redrow Executive Committee.

Victoria initially joined Barratt as CEO of Gladman Developments, the land promoter business acquired by Barratt, in January 2022. Victoria has over 25 years’ experience in the housebuilding and land promotion and has held various roles within a number of other housebuilders. She is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
