Suzanne Parkes

Suzanne Parkes is a qualified town planner with over 5 years experience of working in local government.  Currently based at Mole Valley District Council (Surrey) she specialises in policy research and development as part of the Local Development Framework with a particular focus on housing delivery and viability issues.  Following the adoption of the Council's Core Strategy Suzanne is leading on the Land Allocations document and is working with the community of Bookham to prepare a Neighbourhood Development Plan for their community as part of the Government's Vanguard Scheme.
