Social housing provider Stonewater has appointed James Bradbury as its chief investment officer. Bradbury, currently Stonewater’s group director of growth and development, will step into the newly created role from June 15. Joining the organisation’s chief officer group, Bradbury will lead on Stonewater’s health and safety responsibilities, drive investment in existing homes and help the company address regulatory challenges while continuing to lead Stonewater’s new development programme.
