Lin Cousins

Lin is a town planner by background and worked in both the public and private sectors before helping to set up Three Dragons in 1996. Lin now works across the UK and specialises in planning research, development economics and planning for funding and delivery of affordable housing and strategic infrastructure. Lin led the recent study for the RTPI SW, “The deliverability and affordability of housing in the South West” which included consideration of the process by which large-scale schemes are promoted, time taken to start development and the role of design and masterplanning.
