Jamie Foster

Group Managing Director, JLES

I started my career just over 30 years ago as a Trainee Civil Engineer for a Local Authority in North West England. After working for the DLO and in Main Drainage department my final role was as Clerk of works for Section 104 and 38’s projects, acting as agent for both the Highways and Water Authority.

Following 6 years at the Council, I spent the next decade working for various Major Housebuilders throughout the North West; from my initial role as Site Engineer to the final position of Engineering Manager at Bellway Homes in Liverpool.

During the economic downturn in 2008 I was offered an exciting opportunity to head up the newly formed JLES Midlands and have continued grow/evolve with the business during the last 15 years. I now having the great pleasure of occupying the role of Group Managing Director for JLES and Vista Civil Engineering, specialising in; Backlog Legacy Adoptions, Estate Completion Works and New Build Section 278 projects.
