Clare is the founding director of Cardiff based Grasshopper Communications, providing strategic communications advice, as well as stakeholder and community engagement support for development, infrastructure and placemaking projects.

Grasshopper specialises in working with clients operating within the built and natural environment to provide day-to-day Welsh Government and Senedd political and policy insight, as well as strategic engagement advice and support
