Top marks for NHBC's Buildmark Acceptance system

Almost 9 out of ten people are satisfied with NHBC’s Manage Buildmark Acceptance system (MBA) which allows users to activate warranty cover on behalf of new home owners online.<br><br>MBA was launched in October 2012 to offer “simpler and faster administration”, eliminating the need to store or send paper based acceptance packs, NHBC said. It added that MBA gave “increased protection” for consumers by making it easier to check that the home has Buildmark cover before they exchange.<br><br>The survey that NHBC carried out with its 5,000-plus MBA customers, also revealed that more than 77% of respondents found the supporting information about MBA to be either very easy or easy to follow.
