<p>Redrow increased its new home completions by 17% in the year ending June 2016, delivering a total of 4,716 legal completions compared to 4,022 last year. This increase was "spurred by Help to Buy" the firm said while reporting its full year results on September 6.<br>In another year of progress for Redrow, the firm saw outlets increase by 9% to 128 and the number of employees is up 19% to 1,962 as the firm delivered record pre-tax profit of £250 million, up 23% on last year's £204 million with an operating margin of 18.9%.</p> <p>Redrow chairman Steve Morgan said he was delighted with a third consecutive record year. "Redrow entered the new financial year with a record private order book of £807 million, up 54% year on year," he said. "Sales in the first ten weeks are very encouraging and up 8% on a strong comparator last year. Our strategy of continued growth for the business is on track and I am confident this will be another year of significant progress for Redrow."</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
