Crest Nicholson and BioRegional Quintain have been appointed by the London Development Agency to develop a carbon zero scheme at Gallions Park in London. The pair’s winning concept for One Gallions applies the “one planet living” approach to the development of a sustainable community which will feature energy efficient architecture, renewable energy generation, on-site food growing and green transport measures. Work is expected to start on site in 2008.
