MARLEY: NEW 445WP SOLARTILE ® SET TO HELP HOUSEBUILDERS TOWARDS FUTURE HOMES STANDARD COMPLIANCE

As the demand for roof-integrated solar photovoltaic (PV) systems continues to rise across new build projects, Marley has broadened its SolarTile® range with the introduction of a new 445Wp solar panel.

The 445Wp SolarTile® retains the range’s flush-fit roof-integrated design, ensuring a clean, low-profile appearance, while providing a higher peak power output than the existing SolarTile® options.

For housebuilders, this means it generates more energy from the same roof area, making it ideal for installations which will be required to comply with the new Future Homes Standard from March 2027.

The panel’s innovative double glass design enhances long-term efficiency, durability and weather resistance, with protection against moisture ingress, UV degradation. The system includes integrated flashings and has been tested for wind and fire performance.

SolarTile® panels can be installed in either landscape or portrait orientation and are easily combined using Marley’s patented push-fit connection technology. This allows configuration in various shapes and sizes, with straightforward and efficient installation.
