Victoria Anthony

A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Institute of Recruitment Professionals, with over 20 years' experience as an HR practitioner; Victoria has worked across a range of different sectors for organisations including British Steel, Parker Hannifin, Nissan Motor Company, The Guardian Newspaper, Land Securities and Galliard Homes before joining Hill Group as the Group HR Director. As a board level Director, Victoria is passionate about improving the performance and capabilities of both people and organisations and has extensive experience of leading teams through business transformation and change management projects.  She is committed to working in partnership with both business and community stakeholders to drive forward education and employability initiatives.
