Steve Morgan

Steve Morgan founded Redrow in 1974 and led the business to become one of the UK’s leading home builders. Having stepped down as Chairman in November 2000, he returned to the helm in March 2009 when the business was in difficult circumstances. Since then Redrow has had eight years of record growth.

Steve is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building and holds five Honorary Degrees. He set up the Steve Morgan Foundation in 2000, one of the largest charitable trusts in the north of England. He was awarded an OBE in 1992 for services to the construction industry and a CBE in 2016 for philanthropy
