Stephen Phillips, CLG

Stephen Phillips is Project Manager for the Code for Sustainable Homes, and   Programme Manager for all aspects of sustainability within the area of Building Regulations and Building Standards, and as such his remit cuts across major areas such as energy efficiency, water efficiency, waste, and materials.

He has over 30 years experience of managing large and complex projects within Government as well as whole life costing of major construction projects and research programme management.

He is a Chartered Engineer, Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, and an Ingénieur Européenne.
