Sioned Davies

Sioned is a planning & environmental barrister at No5 Chambers. She regularly advises developers (residential, commercial and energy, minerals) as well as local authorities, interested parties, and the Welsh Ministers. She has a particular interest and experience in residential work and regularly provides advice, and appears in hearings, concerning all types of housing in England and Wales.

Sioned has recently placed 3rd in Planning Magazine’s highest-rated Junior Barristers under 35 and is also ranked in the top 20 for both residential (juniors) and commercial work (all barristers including KCs).
