Phoebe Dennis

Phoebe works as a Social Value Planning Advisor at Social Value Portal supporting private and public sector clients to produce comprehensive, needs-based and long-term social value strategies for development schemes across the UK. Additionally, Phoebe leads the Planning Taskforce, a sub-group of the National Social Value Taskforce, which looks at how the public and private sector can embed social value into planning effectively. The Planning Taskforce launched the Embedding Social Value into Planning Briefing Paper in August 2021 which provides recommendations for private and public sector to embed social value in the planning process.
