Peter Youll

A qualified chartered builder, Peter brings 24 years' commercial experience to his role as Managing Director of Linden Homes Guildford, with particular in-depth expertise in small and large-scale new build developments; mixed use schemes; town centre redevelopments; regeneration projects; refurbishments and listed building conversions. He is spearheading Linden Homes' growth in Guildford and the wider Surrey and Sussex regions, overseeing land acquisitions right through to home sales and customer aftercare. Peter has been involved since the beginning with its flagship development, Graylingwell Park in Chichester, in Linden Homes leading the way in sustainable construction with the UK's largest net zero carbon scheme.
