Owen Francis

‘’Owen has over 15 years’ experience in private planning consultancy. He advises Tata Steel on its operational and development requirements at Port Talbot Steelworks, including the delivery of a nationally significant infrastructure project. He has successfully promoted a five year housing land supply scheme for Hallam Land Management Ltd in Monmouthshire, delivered planning permission for a major student housing scheme in Cardiff and led strategic scale residential projects for Bloor Homes. Owen is active in the residential market in South Wales. He is retained by The Crown Estate on their city centre interests in Worcester.
