Neil Graham

A Chartered Surveyor Neil has worked in property development for most of his career.  Neil previously worked for the One NorthEast a Regional Development Agency, where he was responsible for the delivery of capital programmes before transferring to the Homes and Communities Agency now Homes England 8 years ago. He was previously Chair of Durham City Board and a Board member of County Durham Economic Partnership. Other Board memberships have included several public private partnerships. He currently leads the disposal of residential land in the Northern Division of Homes England
