Martin Lambley

Martin Lambley is the Global Urban Climate Resilience Product Manager at Wavin, where he leads the management of the company’s surface water management portfolio. With a background in Environmental Engineering and Resource Management, Martin began his career in engineering consultancy before transitioning to the manufacturing sector.

Over the past two decades, he has held various sales and marketing roles within companies specializing in water management solutions, gaining deep expertise in the application of plastics in flood management, sustainable drainage systems (SuDS), and broader urban water infrastructure.

In recent years, Martin has played a key role in Wavin’s strategic focus on water circularity and the company’s broader mission to champion urban climate resilience. His work actively supports the development of sustainable solutions that help cities adapt to the increasing impacts of climate change. Martin has also contributed to the advancement of best practices in the sector, participating in the development of several key industry guidance documents.
