Mark Skilbeck

Mark’s professional background is in Planning with over 25 yrs in Development Management, Land Acquisition and Planning Promotion throughout the UK with significant experience in both Retail and Residential Sectors.

As UK Planning Director, Mark’s role has a direct focus on Taylor Wimpey’s planning strategy, with responsibilities for complex planning matters, and training and development of planning skills, community engagement and delivery of sustainable communities within the Group.

Mark supports Taylor Wimpey’s Group Management Team on their response to the UKs evolving planning system.

Mark is a member of the RTPI and sits on the Home Builders Federation National Planning Committee.
