Lynn Morgan

Lynn is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years experience in the construction industry. Whilst she has worked in a variety of sectors within the industry, the majority of this experience is within the development sector; from land acquisition through to handover and beyond. Lynn is currently the Executive Director of Development, Assets and Sustainability at United Welsh; a Housing Association based in South Wales with an ambitious development strategy to build at least 1300 new homes over the next 5 years. Her particular passions at United Welsh include embracing the challenges of delivering zero carbon homes together with the use of MMC to improve the quality and quantity of much needed new homes.
