Lydia McLaren is an associate within the residential research team at Savills. Lydia joined the research team at Savills in August 2017. Her focus is on producing thought leadership and publications and creating bespoke consultancy reports for a wide range of clients on areas including development, affordable housing, sustainability and development land.  She also manages the Savills’ Development Land Index and the quarterly "Development Market in Minutes" publication
