John Baguley

John is Tangible Assets Valuation Director at RICS, with a remit covering valuation standards in UK and Europe across real estate asset classes. John is a Chartered Surveyor and has worked within the property field since 1990. Before joining RICS John led the professional services sector at Ombudsman Services and was the lead Ombudsman for its property sector, Ombudsman Services : Property (OS:P). John has presented at many conferences talking about property related matters and has written journal articles dealing with issues across the built environment. He has also appeared on local and national radio talking about consumer related matters during his time as ombudsman.
