Jack Brayshaw

Jack has worked for Barratt Developments for 4 years. Jack’s role is to embed the usage of Modern Methods of Construction and to deliver Group Standard Specifications. Jack is responsible for the successful implementation of the large format block system and also supports the use of other MMC systems being utilised by Barratt Developments.

Jack has over 12 years’ experience working closely with UK leading Housebuilders in construction efficiency and MMC starting his career at BRE where he spent his first 5 years. Jack also has vast experience in energy efficiency consultancy for both new and existing homes.
