Graham Norton

Graham is a Chartered Town Planner

with over 40 years’ experience of town

planning and development having worked

in both the public and private sectors.

Predominantly in recent years the focus

Has been on strategic land planning within

the house building industry & identifying

potential development opportunities.

He has worked for several large-volume

builders throughout the South East in this

capacity and latterly for Wealden Homes,

a rapidly expanding medium-sized

company based in Maidstone, Kent.

Over his career Graham has been heavily

Involved with the HBF and is a supporter

of the industry's objectives to meet the

nation's housing requirements in a

sustainable manner.

Graham has achieved great success in

Promoting land at Local Plans; and is a

keen advocate of this new S4P satellite

system toidentify site constraints at the

earliest of stages.
