Graham Morley

Graham Morley is the Technical Assurance Manager for United Utilities Developer Services. United Utilities are the incumbent water & sewerage company for the North West of England. Graham’s team facilitate the adoption of new water and wastewater assets, offer pre planning services to developers, consulting engineers and self-lay providers. The team also manage key stakeholder relationships with major developers, SLPs and their representative bodies. Graham has been involved in a number of national groups led by Water UK including the latest review of Sewers for Adoption, work on the Ofwat Code for Adoption Agreements and a SuDS implementation group. Graham has recently been appointed to the Code for Adoption Agreements (Water) Governance Panel.
