Gemma Webb

Gemma joined Barratt Redrow PLC in November 2021, as Group Head of Diversity and Inclusion.

She brings with her a wealth of human resources leadership and behavioural change experience, from a range of industries, having worked at both a national and global level.

From transport and logistics to telecommunication, she has worked for a number of highly recognisable brands, including Virgin, Telefonica O2, Royal Mail and DNV.

In 2024 she was delighted to be awarded the Innovator of the Year, at the Inspiring Women in Property Awards.

Her passion is for ensuring everyone is able to be themselves at work and create a career that works for them and their organisation.
