Dean leads the Brookbanks Planning Support team on all provided services in relation to engineering and technical requirements for development, Dean has experience across all sectors, including infrastructure, commercial, retail, education, and many residential projects. Within the last 3 years Dean got involved in several schemes involving the issue if Nutrient Neutrality finding ways of bringing development for and securing neutrality schemes on and off site and allowing developers to make sense of the emerging and ever changing legislation on the issue
