David Campbell

David Campbell is the Chief Operating Officer and a main Board Executive Director at NHBC, the industry’s leading warranty provider for new homes.

Since 2020 he has had overall responsibility for all major builder relationships, along with non-insurance products and services and has grown this area into a thriving commercial entity for NHBC.

With over 30 years’ experience in the house-building industry, including immediately prior to joining NHBC eight years on the main board of London developer Telford Homes plc, David brings a wealth of experience to both NHBC and has a wide appreciation of the real estate process from the developer/builder perspective. Previous roles include Director and Managing Director for a number of major residential and mixed-use developers, including Barratt Developments Plc, the Berkeley Group Plc and Wilson Bowden Plc .
