Chris Hill

A Managing Director of ABN AMRO Corporate Finance based in London.  He joined ABN AMRO in 2000 after 15 years in Corporate Finance at Lazard.  He has had extensive involvement in mergers and acquisitions, spanning a wide range of transactions, sectors and geographies, although the bulk of his experience has been in the UK.  He has worked extensively in the housebuilding, construction, building materials and property sectors.  Housebuilding clients and deals have included George Wimpey (acquisition of Laing Homes), Taylor Woodrow (acquisition of Bryant), Prowting, Raine Industries, Lendlease and Grainger Trust.  In 2005, he advised Mersey Docks on its takeover by Peel Ports and Grainger Trust on its Home Reversion JV with Norwich Union.
