Andrew White, Managing Director of Metropolitan

Andrew has over twenty years’ experience in heat networks. He started his career at ThamesWey running some of the first publicly owned and operated district energy schemes in Woking and Milton Keynes. Andrew joined E.ONs district heating business development team and, during his time there, successfully secured several large schemes. He moved to Metropolitan in 2015 and over a three year period led business development and secured large heat networks at Wembley Park and Colindale Gardens. In 2019, he was promoted to Managing Director. He is responsible for growth of the Metropolitan business and takes a hands-on approach to sponsoring new heat network schemes. He has been instrumental in developing and delivering GTC/Metropolitan’s new low carbon, low density network heat pump solution.
