Property site Zoopla has introduced a suite of changes to its website and services that are aimed at changing the way people find, buy, sell and rent homes. The firms says it is looking “to turn passive home owners into active sellers”.
The changes include the introduction of a new logo and branding and the launch of My Home, a new hub for home owners providing them with the knowledge needed to guide them on whether it is time to move and sell. Home owners will register to track their home allowing them to stay on top of its worth and connect with relevant agent partners. Zoopla says this will help them understand more about the market and help in their decisions to either manage or sell their home.
My Home will launch as a central home owner landing page and then a dynamic page for almost every home in the UK. Alongside My Home, Zoopla will be making changes to some of the most visited pages on its website, including its home page and individual property detail pages, as well as changes to its app.
