Wienerberger has been shortlisted for 11 projects across eight categories in the Brick Development Association Awards 2012. Products from the brick maker feature in projects shortlisted in the following categories: Best Housing – 1 to 5 units; Best Housing Development – 6 to 25 units; Best Housing Development – 26 units or more; Best Public Building; Best Education Building; Best Outdoor Space; Best Craftsmanship and Specialist Brickwork Contractor of the Year awards.<br> <br> The annual showcase of the UK's best brick architectural schemes pays homage to this most beautiful and durable of building materials, Wienerberger says. Among those projects honoured are The School of Engineering in Lincoln, The Yard in London and the MAC building in Dublin.<br> <br> The winners will be announced at the annual BDA Award ceremony on November 13 at the Marriott Grosvenor Square Hotel in London.
