Weston reveals plans to double in size

Essex-based Weston Homes is looking to immediately fill 40 new positions as the company restructures in an ambitious drive to double in size in the next three to five years.<br> <br> The new company structure, which will roll out on August 1, will see Weston divided into three core regions: north, south and east. The 40 new roles will be required across the board including three new managing directors for the regions plus technical, project and sales managers.<br> <br> Weston chairman and founder Bob Weston said: "There is a huge untapped appetite for new homes and we are well placed for a substantial period of growth as we acquire new sites and the fundamentals of both the planning system and mortgage availability continue to improve.<br> <br> "I am confident as a result that the company will double in size in three to five years. But to help drive that growth we need talented and dedicated people to join one of the best teams in the business."<br> <br> Weston currently has a turnover in excess of £100 million with 21 current developments across London and the Home Counties.
