Vortice has launched the new Prometeo Plus heat recovery system at the recent Mostro Covegno exhibition in Italy. Prometeo Plus will be available in the UK from June 2012 and is an evolution of the Prometeo 400 unit which the company says has been a success.<br> <br> General manager Kevin Hippey said: "We have taken on board customer feedback about Prometeo and have further developed the product in order to launch this new even more improved version. Its energy efficiency ratings are again excellent and there are now some great added extras included."<br> <br> The Prometeo Plus includes access to the main PCB without opening the unit and the ability to upload future software updates via USB connector, and includes new motors with lower noise levels and greater efficiency.
