Taylor Wimpey chief executive Pete Redfern will address the industry at the 2021 Housing Market Intelligence Conference and Annual Report launch which is set to take place as a live event on Thursday October 7th at Savoy Place in London.
HMI has been the leading strategic level conference for the UK new homes industry since its launch in 2003, attracting the top speakers from government and industry.
In addition to Redfern, Home Builders Federation executive chairman Stewart Baseley will speak along with Sunday Times economics editor David Smith, Zoopla head of research Gráinne Gilmore and NHBC chief executive Steve Wood. Travis Perkins business development director Edwin da Silva and Elite NuGEN Homes director David Craddock will discuss their partnership to build low/zero carbon homes.
Housing minister Christopher Pincher has also been invited to speak.
The conference will be chaired by business broadcaster Simon Jack.
The HMI conference also heralds the publication of the annual Housing Market Intelligence Report which includes a wealth of information and analysis on the UK housebuilding sector including the Top 75 housebuilder listing, expert papers, analysis data and statistics.
