Experienced housing architect Peter Phippen of PRP Architects thinks he has some solutions, but knows the attitude of all parties to scheme needs to change to achieve success</b></b><br><b>Below Phippen recalls a typical conversation with a developer - a potential client - which highlights the key issues in creating a modern profitable scheme and some of the obstacles that will have to be overcome.</b><br><b>Peter Phippen: <b>I want to see how we can exploit PPG3, make the best of it and use it for our own ends.
