TriConnex wins multi-utility contract

Countryside Zest (Beaulieu) has awarded TriConnex the utilities contract at Beaulieu, Chelmsford, Essex. This new development is currently the largest scheme of its kind in the UK and will see the construction of 3,600 new residential units, a new railway station, new primary and secondary schools, community and health facilities, shops, extensive parkland, a flagship business park and hotel. <br><br>Nearly 100km of electricity cable, gas and water pipe will be installed on the site by TriConnex over approximately the next ten years.
