Training series now in CD format

NHBC is launching a CD-Rom and DVD version of its training series <i>Good construction practice in residential development.</i><p></p><p>The series gives practical advice on housebuilding through a combination of graphics and on-site filming. </p><p>Rob Lockey, NHBC training services manager, says: &amp;"We wanted the series to be more accessible to builders and trainees. Issuing it on CD-Rom was an obvious step because so many people use PCs at work or at home.&amp;" Subjects covered by the CDs include Building near trees, Pitched roofs, and Land quality. </p><p>A single CD costs £75 + VAT, a pack of four costs £288 + VAT, and a pack of eight costs £550 + VAT.
