Top speakers sign up for HBF conference

<p>Monetary Policy Committee member Professor David Miles and Lloyds Bank head of mortgages Stephen Noakes are the latest speakers to join a powerful line up at the HBF Policy conference in London on March 31.</p> <p>They join CBI director general John Cridland and HCA deputy chief executive Richard Hill, along with a panel of experts which will explain and discuss the Localism Bill and National Planning Framework.
