More specifically what is that first impression which makes someone stop their car, pull up outside a development and think: &amp;“I might just buy that&amp;”?</b><br><b><b>The essential ingredient</b></b><br> This &amp;“kerb appeal&amp;” is an essential ingredient to a property beyond just the price and the location and how many rooms it has.
