Most housebuilders expect sales to rise in 2003 against this year&amp;’s performance according to the latest HBF survey. A balance of +50 express confidence in next year with 57% expecting an increase in sales and just 7% foreseeing a decrease - 36% expect the market to stay the same. October saw year on year dips in visitor levels and reservations, but house prices continue to surge.
