<p>A new commercial property confidence monitor from Lloyds reveals that prospects for the housebuilding sector are the strongest of all.</p> <br><p>Property professionals responding to the survey are cautiously optimistic overall but 34% highlighted housebuilding prospects as the best, ahead of leisure, out-of-town retail and the office sector, which only received 3% support.</p>
