<p><span>Telford Homes has named Anne Kavanagh as its new chief executive.</span></p> <p><span>Kavanagh, who joins the London-based developer on July 25, will take the reins from Jon Di-Stefano who has led the business since 2011. He announced his intention to step down late last year.</span></p> <p><span>The incoming ceo is currently chief investment officer and board member of PATRIZIA, a Germany-based global real assets investment manager. Under her direction, the firm has grown to manage more than €55 billion in real assets. Within the company, Kavanagh has also led key acquisitions and all investment activities, including its key fund management strategies.</span></p> <p><span>Previously to joining PATRIZIA in 2017, Kavanagh was in leadership roles at AXA Real Assets, Lazard, Cambridge Place Investment Management and JLL. </span></p> <p><span>She is a trustee of the Urban Land Institute, sitting on its global board. She also serves on the advisory board of Cambridge University’s masters degree in Real Estate Finance.</span></p> <p><span>In <a href="https://www.house-builder.co.uk/news/telford-shifts-build-rent">recent years</a>, Telford has concentrated on the build to rent market.
