Strong line-up at Housing Market Intelligence Conference

<p><span>Housing minister Christopher Pincher is set to head a strong line-up of speakers at the Housing Market Intelligence Conference on October 7 at Savoy Place in London.</span></p> <p><span>Britain’s biggest housebuilders are also due to be revealed as the new Housing Market Intelligence Report launches at the event.</span></p> <p><span>Joining the housing minister will be speakers including Taylor Wimpey ceo Pete Redfern and <i>Sunday Times </i>economics editor David Smith.</span></p> <p><span>Home Builders Federation executive chairman Stewart Baseley, Zoopla head of research Gráinne Gilmore and NHBC chief executive Steve Wood will also be speaking. HBF managing director Neil Jefferson and Ed Lockhart, who are the co-chairs of the Future Homes Task Force, will discuss how the industry is working to deliver on the net zero agenda. And Travis Perkins business development director Edwin da Silva and Elite NuGEN Homes director David Craddock will discuss their partnership to build low/zero carbon homes.</span></p> <p><span>The HMI Report will feature the Top 75 housebuilders listing, rated in seven categories including turnover, profit and completions.
