Environment secretary Michael Gove and housing minister Kit Malthouse will join the line up at this year’s Housing Market Intelligence conference and annual report launch which will once again help housebuilders navigate through the challenging times ahead.
The environment secretary will be looking at the desire for new homes to have “world leading” levels of energy efficiency by 2025, and his thoughts will be backed up by Lord Deben – John Selwyn Gummer - chair of the Committee on Climate Change.
Bovis boss Greg Fitzgerald will speak about the changes made at the fi;rm which have turned the business around since it hit a quality and customer service crisis at the end of 2017. Sunday Times economics editor David Smith will give his economic and market view while Jackie Bennett, director of mortgages at UK Finance, will offer her insight into the lending sector.
HBF executive chairman Stewart Baseley, NHBC ceo Steve Wood and Kate Henderson, chief executive of the National Housing Federation, will also join a packed line up.
