Stephen Teagle appointed chair of Housing Forum

<p>Stephen Teagle has been appointed as the new chair of The Housing Forum.</p> <p><span>Teagle is currently chief executive of Galliford Try </span><span>Partnerships</span><span> and member of The Housing Forum’s executive board. He brings more than 25 years’ experience in the affordable housing sector to his new chair role, where he will lead the cross-sector membership network for the housing supply chain “during a time where the sector is increasingly viewed as fundamental for the country’s future,” the Housing Forum said.</span></p><p></p> <p><span>He succeeds Andy von Bradksy who was appointed the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government’s (MHCLG) head of architecture in February.</span></p><p></p> <p><span>Shelagh Grant, The Housing Forum’s ceo, said: ‘We are looking forward to working with Stephen to lead The Housing Forum in its aims to deliver collaborative solutions that increase housing supply, and improve the quality of homes delivered.</span></p><p></p> <p><span>“Stephen has been a long-term advocate of partnership working, which is central to The Housing Forum’s purpose and role.”</span></p><p></p> <p><span>Teagle commented: “It is a privilege to be able to represent the membership and to build on the great work of the Forum.
