<b><b>Housebuilders are at the forefront of regeneration schemes across the country, breathing new life into derelict industrial areas with plans for new communities. David Wilson Homes is about to embark on a massive scheme at the Ravenscraig steelworks in Scotland. Ben Roskrow talks to DWH chief executive Mike Stansfield about the deal</b></b><br><b>David Wilson Homes. You know the one. Leicestershire-based developer, represented by the cute labrador bringing your check slippers to the door at the end of a long hard day. It is an image straight out of the 1950s, and conjures up pictures of the comfortable suburban detached four bedroomed property that is typical of David Wilson's developments. Or is it? </b><br><b><b>Shift in mood </b></b><br> Chief executive Mike Stansfield says the company is changing, recognising the shift in mood in the country.
