<p>Sir Michael Lyons, who is chairing a review of housing for Ed Miliband and the Labour party, is to speak at the HBF Policy Conference to be held in London on Tuesday March 25.</p> <p>Sir Michael was asked by Labour to review housing and planning policy to establish a road map for a potential incoming government to deliver 200,000 homes a year in England by the end of the next parliament.</p> <p>The Lyons Review panel includes Barratt ceo Mark Clare and is presently taking submissions on the subject ahead of a February 28 deadline.
