The Olympic Park Legacy Company has announced a shortlist of developers in line to build the first neighbourhood on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.<br> <br> Shortlisted bidders are:<br> <br> East Thames and Countryside Properties; Barratt Homes and Le Frak Organisation; St James Group; Swan Housing Association, Urban Splash, Yoo &amp;<br> Mace; Notting Hill Housing, United Housing and HTA; and Taylor Wimpey and London &amp; Quadrant.<br> <br> The candidates have until the end of February to submit outline proposals to the Olympic Park Legacy Company.<br> <br>
